Mike and Michael were our heroes. Our A/C went out on a 90-degree day in late summer. After talking me through some initial steps on the phone to try diagnosing the issue, we scheduled an appointment for the next day. A previously scheduled job went faster than anticipated so they were able to come on the same day I called in the afternoon. Working their way through the sections of the machine, Mike talked me through what they were doing as they worked to find the issue.

I've worked with a good amount of technicians over the years and Mike was truly one of the most helpful and friendly pros I've worked with to date. The guys figured out our issue, which was a clogged drain line that overflowed the pan and caused to an electrical issue.

They got our damage fixed up in just a couple hours for a very fair price. They were exceptionally clean, too, which was a big one for us.

MDM offers amazing and professional service starting with the phone call to the scheduling the service and all the way through the end.  They are extremely responsive and follow through.  Mike and his team are highly skilled but also do a great job of explaining in detail, so you understand it, what your issue is and what your options are.  I have had minor work done all the way to full AC replacement and I felt comfortable and confident with the service I was receiving.  I would 10/10 recommend them. We had MDM out yesterday after dealing with another company who came out 3 times and could not fix the humidity issue in our home.
Mike instantly knew what was wrong and was able to fix it for us. He took the time to listen and really find all the issues that were present.

I have an aging HVAC unit that had been making some loud noises when starting up and shutting down. During periods of hot weather, it also struggled to keep the house cool. I called MDM Heating and Cooling on Thursday, and Mike was able to come out the following morning.

I was concerned that, given the age of my system, I might need to replace the entire air conditioner. Instead of trying to sell me a new unit, Mike took the time to explain what was happening, what he recommended to resolve the issue, and how to make sure the system continued operating properly.

He not only got the unit running optimally, but also took the time to educate me on using the proper filters and managing my vents correctly so I could get the most out of the system. I really appreciated that he focused on helping me maximize the life and performance of the equipment I already have rather than pushing me toward a costly replacement.

Recently I had a large clog in my dryer vent from a bird starting a nest. My neighbor had recommend MDM Heating & Cooling that he'd been using for years. Mike came out & explained what was the blockage & how was going to tackle it. He was knowledgeable & very personable. He was able to remove the blockage & showed me what he had done & how much he removed. The pricing was definitely reasonable. MDM Heating & Cooling has created a new customer. Mike and his team were awesome. They came out, diagnosed the issue with my water heater, attempted appropriate fixes first, and gave me rational next steps all in a 24 hour period. We had a great experience with this HVAC company! From the moment they arrived, they were kind, professional, and very courteous. They even wore boot covers in our home, which I really appreciated.

They were able to quickly diagnose the issue with our AC and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and walk us through the diagnostic process. Being without air conditioning in the middle of summer is never fun, but they made the experience much less stressful.

Let me tell you something about both Mike's that came to service my AC. They know exactly what they're doing. In this HVAC trade it is abundantly clear just how many don't or simply do not, or want to dig, deep enough to find the truth and give it to homeowners. Not these guys. Their diagnostic, data driven, common sense, transparent, and passionate approach fixed my AC just in time for my son's birthday party without them we wouldn't have had it. I'm very thankful to them for saving me from getting scammed by a bigger HVAC company.
